Fringe detailing needs to be considered carefully, as you want to avoid, where possible, clients clothing being able to be caught up in the fringe, leading to damage.

Our top two tips for specifying fringe detailing

• Can you specify fringe detailing on the back or outside of the chair? Avoid putting fringe detailing near the seat or arms area as these areas are likely to come into contact with clients.
• Think of the length. The fringe should sit above the floor level, to avoid being stepped on or damage when being moved.
